Was shocked at how awesome this place is. Was resigned to “eating at the hotel” but they make each meal to order and my coworker was able to choose a gluten free options to buns at no extra charge. Server was great.

Wow! Amazing food! The last steak that good was when I was in Texas. The food was cooked to perfection. Compliments to the chef. The atmosphere was like being in a room full of great friends. You can joke around with them. They are very courteous and attentive. I can say this is the best restaurant that I have found in Pasco. You have to see for yourself. Tell the manager that the trade show guru sent you.

We love this place. We've been there twice now and the food has been awesome. Burgers are amazing and the smoked mozzarella is a must have. Our waitress has been the same person both times. Her name is Misty and she bartends and serves the whole restaurant without missing a beat. Our 2 year old loves it here too. Comfy, laid back atmosphere and very welcoming decor.

Very pleasantly surprised by how good the food is here. No offense to this hotel but I don’t often associate Best Westerns with really good onsite restaurants. Menu choices were nothing out of the ordinary but the quality was outstanding. Fries were perfectly crispy, very fresh veggies on the burgers and sandwiches. There are not too many places in the direct vicinity so hopefully more people opt to try it. My only knock, which is mostly out of their control, is that it’s a bit dark and hidden behind the breakfast area. Maybe some additional signage, or lighting can better direct folks to this gem.

My husband and I decided to have dinner here on a Tuesday night, and so we walked over from our house in nearby Sun Willows.
In comparison, a week earlier we had treated ourselves to a more expensive steak at a certain restaurant that rhymes with Spudd’s and the meal cost us over 100.00.
I went out on a limb and ordered the steak at The Bistro at Best Western with a baked potato. Oh My Goodness was I in for a treat! The steak was cooked perfectly (MR), it was seasoned perfectly- just the right amount of char from those beautiful grill marks. And the baked potato- that baked potato was as if the angels pulled a cloud from heaven, heated it up, and put the right amount of butter and sour cream on it! The asparagus was also cooked perfectly (not too hard- not too mushy) and the chef took the hard parts out. VERY enjoyable meal.
And- even though the place was so busy- likely because of their delicious food- the service was great. The waitress had a great personality, gave us exactly what we ordered, and made sure our table was buses, and we had plenty of drink!
I want to keep this gem for myself- I mean, who would have thought at a Best Western restaurant!! It was less than half the cost of our meal at the other place, and twice as enjoyable!
10/10 would recommend!!

This is a cute little restaurant in the Best Western hotel. The service is good and the food is great. They have great fish and chips, steaks, and salads. I am anxious to try some of their other items in the menu.

It’s a shame this little bistro isn’t better known! The food was amazing and the waitress was very friendly. Came here after a math event at CBC and was not disappointed. Could use better advertising since I wasn’t sure if it was open or not since it’s at the back of the hotel lobby past another seating area that was empty. Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, onion rings and wings after contemplating all the delicious options on the menu. Was bummed out for not trying the steak after over hearing the waitress tell another customer it was the chefs specialty. Will definitely come back and try it next time.

Let's be honest, it's a Best Western Hotel restaurant. If expecting a "fine" dinning atmosphere, don't go and then leave a bad review. Now, for what it is, it's way beyond what you would expect. The services was great, so friendly. I had the Seafood Diablo. Have I had better, yes but in big cities on the ocean that have ready access to fresh clams, mussels, and shrimp. For the Tri-Cities this was phenomenal. The clams, mussels, and shrimp were very good and the seasoning, bold and wonderful. Not sure if the person in the kitchen is a Michelin Chef or just winging it, don't care, they nailed it. So, if you want a really good (way better than average Tri-City) meal in a interesting setting with great service, give this a try. If you get what we got and are disappointed, that's on you.

Great food, amazing staff and laid back atmosphere. Love the pizza and the spicy chicken sandwich.
Update 3/31/25-
They upped their game by offering Tomato soup and a garlic sourdough with cheddar and Havarti grilled cheese pairing. It was absolutely divine. Not sure if it's going to be a regular offering or not, but I'll ask everytime I'm in!
